SHNU：On May 13, the curtain descended on the 16th “FLTRP AMAZON Cup” National English Debating Competition, East China Division. SHNU debating team composed of Wan Tian and Li Chao from Foreign Languages College (FLC) won the first prize in the semi-final, qualifying for the final 16, and they are going to Beijing for the national finals in July. In addition, SHNU was also awarded ‘Best Organizer’ and ‘Best New School’ by the competition committee. This competition was held in Nanjing Normal University, with 80 teams from universities in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, etc. participating in it. The 16th “FLTRP AMAZON Cup” National English Debating Competition was hosted by the Communist Youth League, Secretariat of the National Union of Students, and Beijing Foreign Studies University, undertook by FLTRP (Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press), China Education Television and Nanjing Normal University, and sole named by Amazon China.
