SHNU: On May 6, SHNU Admission Consultation was held on Xuhui campus. Over 2,000 students and parents came to the site. This year, SHNU undergraduate admission in autumn caters to 25 provinces and cities, involving 10 subject categories and 80 majors in all. SHNU is to enroll 5,000 new students with 2,457 from Shanghai. At the consultation stands, students and parents referred to the consultants on enrollment policies, application matters, etc. This year, Sino-foreign cooperative majors and the new key majors also drew people’s attention. Students and parents asked in detail about some questions concerning such areas as Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation programs, cost of studying abroad, teacher resources, capacity of the faculty, number of undergraduates admitted into graduate programs, etc. President Zhang Minxuan extended his kind regards to the consultants, advising them to better serve the students and parents by providing them with all the possible answers to the questions raised.
