SHNU：On April 14th, the SHNU session of SHNU Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) and Shanghai Returned Scholar Federation was held, involving participants such as the vice standing director of the general association of Shanghai Shen Zhiqin, SHNU party secretary Lu Jianfei and Vice secretary Huang Gang.
Lu stressed the unique roles that WRSA plays in serving as ties between returned scholars who are active in making proposals, overseas communications, and higher education internationalization.
Leaders of the new term were selected. Lu was still chosen as the director of the SHNU branch, and Wu Xiaqin and Wu Zhenmei as the vice directors.
