The Shanghai Normal University has been assuming the teachers’ training mission of National Cultivation Plan for primary school teachers for 13 consecutive years since 2010. Led by professor Wang Rongsheng from SHNU College of Education, the training team designed the education plan and invited famous scholars to deliver lectures for the program. Also, outstanding teachers from basic education would act as instructors for the workshop and provide all-inclusive learning service to guarantee the quality of this education program. Altogether 32 pioneer primary school teachers with senior education titles attended this training session.
Held both online and on the scene, the program takes advantage of an online research platform by way of online live broadcast, online workshop and social practices, etc. Moreover, personalized course systems have been established to warrant the best quality of the it.
