SHNU Undergraduates Welcome New Semester

SHNU: August 29^th is the first day of a new semester for SHNU freshmen. Over 2, 700 undergraduates from across the country arrived for the registration on campus.

This year, 5, 094 freshmen have been enrolled, including those from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. At the scene, three female students from Tibet were quoted as saying that this was the first time for them to take train to Shanghai from their hometown. Some new students were accompanied by parents and relatives to the campus from outside Shanghai.
