SHNU: As June 5 is the 44th World Environment Day, the SHNU Labor Union carried out a publicizing activity on both Xuhui and Fengxian campuses that was themed “Ecological China and Beautiful Campus”. This is the third consecutive years for the Labor Union to carry out educational activities about environment protection for the important day.
15 volunteers, including SHNU teachers and students, introduced the origin of the World Environment Day, this year’s theme and the rigorous situation China is facing through ways of displaying panels, giving out promotional materials and asking questions.
Over 400 teaching staff vigorously took part in the activity and each of those who gave correct answers got a green potted plant to beautify their office.
