SHNU: On May 31th, 600 teams made up of 3, 000 students from over 30 universities in Shanghai ran along the Dishuihu Lake at northeastern Shanghai Pudong Area. Themed Run for Love, the relay race aims at collecting funds for poverty-stricken children to afford a pair of sneakers. Altogether, 10, 000 pairs of sneakers would be purchased and sent to the hands of students who received free education in poor regions of China this summer vacation.
