SHNU: On January 16th, the Opening Ceremony of Shanghai Xiejin Film and Arts Foundation was held at Shanghai Film Museum. It was also attended by Xiejin’s wife and representatives from SHNU Xiejin Film, Television and Arts College, Shanghai Film Group, University of Shanghai, and Shanghai Foreign Culture Exchanges Association. The foundation aimed at promoting the arts morale and traditions of the great film artist Xiejin, studying the arts aesthetics of Shanghai-style films, and awarding the arts talents who contributed to the production of outstanding film and TV works. After that, an Awarding Ceremony for Students’ art works was held to help discover new creative brains. Altogether, 30 works were received from SHNU, University of Shanghai, Hong Kong Baptism University and National Taiwan University of Arts to rival for the prizes. ‘ |
