SHNU: At 13:30 on May 14th, the 2nd SHNU Business French Speech Contest was held, as one of the series of Finance and Business School’s Business Elites Challenge. This competition was themed by ‘ON THE WAY’ and altogether 13 competitors were involved. The contest was divided into to two parts. Freshman Competitors introduced their wonderful college life on the theme “Beautiful Language & Attractive Youth”. Sophomore candidates centered around theme “Good Allies & Amazing France”, who presented the beautiful French customs and introduced glamorous mountains and rivers from the other end of the Eurasian continent. During the competition, it was their standard French pronunciation and rich content that deeply impressed the judges and the audience. Finally, Freshman Luan Xinyi won the first prize, Sophomores Yang Xiaowen and Jiang Jinjing from French 12 won the second and third prize respectively. (Reported by Yuan Yunya) |
