SHNU: The 2014 International Forum on Career Development and Education for University Students was held in SHNU, involving participation of leaders from China Ministry of Education, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and experts from America, Australia, Hong Kong and China’s mainland. Frederuck Leong, Professor from the State University of Michigan, Tang Mei from University of Cincinnati, Richard T. Lapan from State University of Massachusetts, etc. were among those who probed on the specific issues in the process of students’ career development. Also, a workshop was convened to discuss the career development of both university students and middle school students on May 11th. Frederick Leong from the State University of Michigan became the honorary professor of SHNU after the conference and would endeavor to promote the exchanges and cooperation between SHNU and his university. |
