SHNU: May 5th is the day when the SHNU Physical Health Center (SPHC) is fully opened to the SHNU staff. Some teachers are so eager to experience the special physical check-up that they arrived earlier before the center opens.
Altogether 27 teachers accepted the check-up. Different from physical examination by the hospital, the physical health detection done by SPHC includes body composition, bone mineral density, dynamic balance, atherosclerosis possibility, etc. The check-up helps people know more about their body and offers scientific guidance to daily physical exercises. SPHC was first opened in 2013 and has served 400 SHNU staff since then. The free opening won widespread acclaim from all. |
