Pupils from Zhabei District Step into SHNU Museum to Experience the Traditional Culture

   SHNU: on April 29th, more than 120 teachers and students from Zhi Yuan Road Primary School walked into SHNU for the first time and took part in a series of activities themed with “Happy 300 Minutes” elaborately customized by the museum.

    In the ceramics exhibition hall, pupils could feel the splendid millennium development of Chinese ceramic art at close range while listening to the explanation of volunteers. Watching the PPT that is meticulously prepared, everyone sat on the ground concentrating on the vivid illustration of museum teachers. In the experience activity of “panting colored pottery with dab hands”, students depicted beautiful colorful pottery in their mind with colorful brushes as much as they like.

       Moreover, in order to welcome the upcoming 60th founding anniversary of SHNU, the museum will carry out the serial activities themed with “Night at the Museum” for the first time. On the right day of May 18th the International Museum Day, the museum will open to the public for free until 9 p.m. Except for two guided tours with special subjects, SHNU museum has also prepared a lot of activities including lectures on special topics, film appreciation on “Night at the Museum”, artistic experience of seal cutting, and painting pottery with dab hands, etc.
