SHNU: On March 17th, Deidre Madden, a famous Irish novelist, was invited to SHNU College of Foreign Languages to speak at SHNU Xuesihu Overseas Master’s Forum. Her topic is Contemporary Novel Creation in Ireland. Deidre vividly introduced the contemporary Irish novels to teachers and students from SHNU College of Foreign Languages (CFL). This marks the third speeches of Huaying Forum of CFL and the opening of Month of Irish Culture of the college at the same time. The annual activity of the Month of Irish Culture includes seminars of Irish culture and drama shows, etc. |
