President of NCEE Discusses Vocational Education in SHNU

SHNU: On March 11, Marc S. Tucker, President of National Center on Education and The Economy(NCEE), led a delegation of 4 to SHNU to share information about vocational education in Shanghai.

Reporter from Jiefang Daily and Shanghai Educational Group took part in the meeting. Also present were teachers and doctoral candidates from the College of Education.

Mr. Tucker shared his ideas on vocational education in the U. S. and mentioned what he saw and felt in Shanghai. He also talked about the features of vocational education in the U. S and his understanding about the advantages and disadvantages of vocational education in Shanghai. He also answered a number of questions from the media.
