SHNU： SHNU Party Secretary Lu Jianfei led a delegation to visit the University of Hartford in Connecticut, USA and signed a cooperative agreement with Sharon L . Vasquez, the Provost. It aims at starting programs of cooperative education and exchanges between the two sides, such as the 2+2 Bachelor’s Degree Program (2 years of learning in SHNU followed by 2 years in Hartford), 4+1 Master’s Degree Program, and Capstone for undergraduates, etc. Hartford ranks among the top 30 universities in the US and maintains close relations with quite a few international enterprises. Located between New York and Boston, Hartford is surrounded by Harvard, MIT and Yale, etc. Lu was also invited to attend the China forum of 2013 California State University. |
