SHNU: On March 19th and 20th, SHNU President Zhang Minxuan paid a successful visit to the University of Toronto and the York University in Canada.
Zhang compared notes and reached common grounds with the two universities concerning students and teacher exchanges. He was also invited to deliver an academic speech themed Result and Reflection: PISA 2009 and Shanghai Basic Education.
Zhang signed a cooperative agreement with the Dean of The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto, which expressed its hope for further exchange of educational research.
