SHNU: On November 8th, Zhang Minxuan, SHNU President, received the Director of Northeastern Asia Department of Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany.
Zhang acclaimed the unremitting care and assistance offered by Hanns and briefed on how Shanghai participated in PISA test and basics of primary education. He hoped that SHNU would strengthen the ties with Hanns for cooperation on a broader scale, and more outstanding university resources could be introduced to Shanghai.
As one of the earliest programs of Hanns in China, the Shanghai Teacher Training Center of SHNU has contributed much to the education of primary school teachers.
More would be probed about long-term and stable relations with China in terms of political, educational and rural development.
