SHNU: On June 4th, the female chorus group of CSUN from the US arrived at SHNU for exchange performances with Shanghai Baige Chorus Group whose chief members are SHNU alumni.
Lu Jianfei, SHNU Vice President, briefed on the development of the chorus singing arts in SHNU, and thought highly of the friendship and achievements established during the past 2 decades.
The members of the chorus group of the CSUN are university students, with a senior professor of music acting as the conductor. The group is able to sing in Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Hebrew, etc.
The CSUN students also staged two Chinese traditional songs.
As a sister university of SHNU, the CSUN has always been exchanging teachers and students with SHNU for visits, learning, and internships. Quite a few academic lectures are delivered in SHNU.
