SHNU: On May 19th, Li Weixing, Professor from University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), led a delegation of 20 to visit SHNU and delivered a theme speech entitled “Psychological Capital of Global Development”.
The speech centers on the modes of transformation of the human resource management and the importance of psychological capital by stressing the influence of investment and psychological capital development on the new age of globalization. The delegation compared notes with teachers and students from SHNU College of Law and Politics.
Founded in 1869, the UNL ranks among the 40th of the public universities across America, and is one of the 63 excellent research institutes acknowledged by Association of American Universities.
