SHNU President Li Jin, along with three university officials and the SHNU Chinese Folk Music Orchestra, ended a successful U.S. trip with a final stop in the Pensacola area in April.
Coming at the request of the Pensacola-based China Support Group (CSG), the delegation became familiar with the area and had separate meetings with officials from the University of West Florida and members of the China Support Group, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to Promoting Sino-American Cooperation.

While in the area, the delegation enjoyed a home-cooked Southern-style lunch at the Crazy Horse Café, compliments of CSG. The meal featured traditional favorites including fried okra, seasoned grits, fried green tomatoes, fresh fish and sweet tea. Continuing with area cuisine, the farewell dinner showcased Cajun-style dishes.
