SHNU: A delegation of 4 from California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM), headed by its President Karen S. Haynes, paid a visit to SHNU on March 16. SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei cordially received the guests.
After the two parties learned more about each other, they discussed the possibility of cooperation in Education and reached primary agreements on programs including student exchange.
