SHNU: On December 20, 2010, the Winter Camp Learning Program of the University of Botswana was inaugurated in SHNU. Vice President Lu Jianfei received the visiting students and extended his warm welcome to them.
This is the second time that students from UB have taken part in the winter camp organized by SHNU. The learning program, one of the high-level exchange programs in our university, will last for more than six months. Courses like Chinese Language, Chinese Folk Dances and Cultural Experience in Chinese Families will be arranged.
The University of Botswana, with an enrollment of more than 10,000 students, is a famous university on African Continent and also the only national comprehensive university in Botswana. It signed an agreement with Confucius Institute Headquarters in October, 2007, and SHNU is its Chinese partner university.
