The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) of China decides to establish a resource database of experts to give lectures of Chinese culture in other countries. It calls for more experts of Chinese culture, arts, history, social studies, economics, political sciences, education and cross-cultural research with rich experience of international cultural communications to be recommended to Hanban and included in the database for possible dispatch to Confucius Institutes in various countries. As one of the sponsors of Confucius Institutes, SHNU now initiates the registration of all those qualified scholars to be recommended.
