SHNU：The 12th New Shanghai People Singers’ Contest Final started at 2 p.m. on November 12th. Two SHNU overseas students from International College of Chinese Studies, Yongqing Bai and Haode He, stood out from 3,163 candidates singers to win the copper prize and the Best Talent Award.
Haode He from Cameroon, a master’s degree candidate, presented a classic Chinese song I Love You China with his magnetic voices and unique smiles to send his passion and wishes for China. Yongqing Bai from Poland, showed audience her melodious and pure voices accompanied with romantic guitar rhythms in her Happiness with You.
Altogether 6 candidates were selected from SHNU to compete for the songs contest for all overseas students learning in Shanghai.
