SHNU:The 121st US Rose Float Parade saw 22 SHNU teachers and students from SHNU College of Music showing up for promoting the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
Jackie Chan and Yao Ming attended the parade with Chinese ethnic group representatives from middle schools in Shanghai. The merry atmosphere lasted more than 3 hours, bursting with cheers and acclaims. The SHNU participants performed their dances over a dozen times after surmounting the difficulties of sleeping insufficiency and long-distance journey. The involved SHNU teachers and students were also invited to the press conference and reception party by Chinese embassy in Los Angeles. (Editted by Rebecca)
