Recently, the Lists of 2022 Shanghai Outstanding Education Prizes have been announced by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau: SHNU claimed 31 education prizes, including 2 Top-ranking prizes, 13 first prizes, and 16 second prizes, with the total number of prizes ranking the second among universities in Shanghai.
Classified intoo three catogories of higher education, basic education and career education, the Shanghai Outstanding Education Prizes is the highest-ranking prizes in the field of Shanghai education. It is held every four years and until this year, there has been nine such events. Since 2021, the catogory of higher education has been branched into three sub-groups: undergraduate education, postgraduate education and adult education.
