SHNU:On May 20th, the 5th SHNU Dragon Boat Games for Teaching Staffs were held at Tonghai Lake, East China University of Science and Technology. The opening ceremony was also attended by SHNU leading authorities. Altogether, 23 teams from SHNU would compete in the games.
The games fall into two stages: preliminary and final. The top 8 teams could qualify the final. After two rounds, the No. 4 Middle School Attached to SHNU won the champion, SHNU College of Physical Education and College of Tourism won the runner-ups.
Though sun-tanned and sweated, the staffs felt great joy and excitement. The games could build up teamwork spirit and offer an opportunity for physical exercises.
