ICCS Won title of Shanghai Chinese Language Education Base

SHNU：On March 8^th, the Conference of 2017 Shanghai Chinese Education Training Class was held at Shanghai Open University, Guoshun campus. The Overseas Chinese Affairs of Shanghai Municipal Government founded Shanghai Overseas Chinese College. At the founding ceremony, the first batch of Shanghai Chinese Language Education Base received the copper plates. The SHNU ICCS teacher received the copper plate on behalf of SHNU.
