Recently, the 17th Shanghai Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences were officially announced, with 4 candidates for the Academic Contribution Award, 19 for the Emerging Scholar Award, 59 for the Outstanding Research Achievements in Party Innovation Theory, and 417 for the Discipline-Specific Academic Excellence Award.
The SHNU won one Academic Newcomer Award and 21 Discipline Academic Excellence Awards in this year's Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Awards, including 4 first prizes and 17 second prizes.
The award results this year include 5 in Education and Psychology each; 5 in World History; 3 in Linguistics; and 2 in Chinese History, Chinese Literature, and Arts each. There is 1 award each in Law, Sociology, and Marxism-Social Sciences.
