Recently, the 6th National Real Estate Evaluation Contest Final was held at China Agricultural University, and a team of 4 SHNU students from SHNU College of Environment and Geographical Sciences won the third prize for their evaluation report on a Fun Drive-in Cinema at Jiading District of Northern Shanghai.
Themed Exploration and Innovation, the Skills Contest is one of the chief brand-name competitions of land resources management majors for universities in China. Approximately 110 teams from 65 universities rivaled for it and 48 teams entered the final.
The SHNU candidates took advantage of GIS data-processing skills to assess the market exploring prospects and deliver their report based on standardized procedures, which displays their solid theories foundations and proficient expertise.
