On Applying for the 2013 National Research Programs

To Relevant Colleges and Departments:

According to relevant documents of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the application work has now started for the 2013 national programs as Spark Program, Torch Program, Key New Product Program, Soft Science Research Program, etc .

For more information, visit the website of the Ministry of Science and Technology at http://program.most.gov.cn/htmledit/8E193BBD-3781-0FA9-F273-AA29C583BD44.html. Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission will process the selection for recommendation.
 
Anyone interested can apply for the program.  You can. contact the Department of Science and Technology and visit the program application system of Ministry of Science and Technology (http://program.most.gov.cn) prior to 16:00 p.m., November 6. Having finished the online application, you should print 5 copies of the application form and submit to the Department of Science and Technology.
