The ongoing outdoor construction should be stopped, with garbage cleared, and electricity cut off. 5. The large-scale party and training courses should be called off until further notice. 6. The 24-hour duty service should be guaranteed for water and electricity supplies, repairs, and emergency, etc. The emergency buses are available at 7 a.m. from Xuhui Campus to Fengxian Campus, and 4:45 p.m.from Fengxian Campus to Xuhui Campus. Muifa, the ninth typhoon to hit China this year, was located about 660 km southeast of Zhejiang's city of Zhoushan at 5 p.m. Friday, according to the Zhejiang Provincial Meteorological Station.
