The full scholarship program of HIE (The Hong Kong Institute of Education) would be available to SHNU teachers and researchers to apply for. On the basis of the academic cooperative agreement between SHNU and HIE, one or two outstanding teachers or researchers would be chosen for the application.
A 3-year full time learning program would be offered, accompanied with cash funds for scientific research. The fields include humanities, social sciences, culture and creative arts and language education, etc. The applicants should meet the following requirements:
1. Master’s degree is the current highest degree for the applicant;
2. Good command of English (IELTS 6.0 or Toefl PBT 550 and above);
3. Excellent academic performances during undergraduate and master’s program;
4. Relevant research experience, such as publication of academic papers;
5. Willing to serve SHNU after graduation.
