To all SHNU Colleges and Departments: On requirements of Shanghai Municipal Government, SHNU has the following holiday arrangement for the upcoming International Labor Day. May 1st, May 2nd and May 3rd are national holidays. This year, April 30th and May 4th are added to the holiday period to help guarantee the success of 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Hence, the 2010 International May day period of Shanghai lasts 5 days. The classes shall start from May 5th. Every college and department shall arrange staff on duty during the holiday period, and send an email of the on-duty namelist to xiaoban@shnu.edu.cn and hhy@shnu.edu.cn by April 27th.
