SHNU sends teachers abroad through exchange programs or individuals’ application for specific foreign universities. Teachers going abroad under the former program are to be funded by SHNU or the partner university; teachers of the latter kind will be funded by SHNU according to the needs of disciplinary development and talent cultivation. The application starts from September. Teachers who are qualified can download the application form on the website of Human Resources Department and submit it to Room 401 of the Executive Building before September 25.
