Born after January 1, 1975 with doctoral degrees or experience in hosting scientific research projects; 2. Time duration: 2 years, from April, 2010 to March 31, 2012; The project of “Phosphor” Science Foundation will be funded ￥150,000 and tracking project of “Phosphor” will be funded ￥20,000. Requirements for outstanding disciplinary leaders: 1. Should have the experience of hosting projects at the state levels and have worked as a PhD supervisor for over 3 years; 2. With a Shanghai ID, born after January 1, 1960 and started to work in SHNU before January 1, 2007; 3. Should work in Shanghai for more than 9 months a year, and the project shall be finished within the applicants’ working period in SHNU; 4.
