SHNU：On March 8th, the Conference of 2017 Shanghai Chinese Education Training Class was held at Shanghai Open University, Guoshun campus. The Overseas Chinese Affairs of Shanghai Municipal Government founded Shanghai Overseas Chinese College. At the founding ceremony, the first batch of Shanghai Chinese Language Education Base received the copper plates. The SHNU ICCS teacher received the copper plate on behalf of SHNU.
The ICCS (International College of Chinese Studies) of SHNU has taken on quite a few programs, such as overseas Chinese language education exchanges and relevant teacher training. Particularly, the ICCS has started training Chinese language school presidents in Asian area, Chinese language teachers in Southeast Asia, and Chinese language teachers in Europe and America, etc. Over the past decade, more than
1, 000 trainees have graduated from these programs.
