Women and Gender History Research Conference Held in SHNU

SHNU: The Press Conference of the new journal Women and Gender History Research and International Seminar on it in Global Vision were held at SHNU Conference Center on December 4^th and 5^th. Sponsored by SHNU College of Humanities and Communication, and Women Research Center, it attracted active participation of over 70 scholars on related field.

Heated academic discussions centered around the females and gender history conditions home and abroad, women’s status in political, economic, legal, educational and family domains, as well as the women’s costumes, travelling, festival and public image production and spreading, etc.
