Professor of BYU Speaks at SHNU Overseas Masters' Forum

SHNU: On October 14^th, Kening Lv, professor of BYU (Brigham Young University) was invited to speak at SHNU Xuesihu Overseas Masters’ Forum and delivered an academic seminar on Can Weather Be Predicted for the teachers and students of SHNU. Professor Lv was also conferred the gift copper plate and seals.

Lv brought up concepts of math models and exemplify the relations between these practical models and weather or stock index prices. He stressed the relation between math and other disciplines by way of simple words and interesting contents. He also replied to the questions from the audiences.
