SHNU: The Closing Ceremony of Xinjiang Kashgar Bilingual Teachers’ Training came to an end at SHNU Conference Center on September 28th. It was attended by 31 teachers from Xinjiang Province (in China’s far west), education officials from Kashgar region of Xinjiang, and representatives of SHNU.
The trainees were congratulated on their success in learning at SHNU and were expected to bring their new concepts and know-hows back to their daily work and try to take a lead in local education fields. The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, as an official education administration, would emphasize the Aids to Xinjiang Education, as it has always been doing. The program aims at promoting the professional development of teachers in Xinjiang and the healthy development of Xinjiang bilingual education.
At the ceremony, reviews were made and summary followed. The trainee representatives delivered their speeches and shared their experiences.
