SHNU: Recently, SHNU professor Zhang Minxuan spoke at the 3rd 10+3 (ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) and China, Japan and South Korea) Education Ministers Conference was held at Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia together with Hao Ping, Vice Minister of Education Ministry of China.
SHNU Professor Zhang briefed on the education cooperation mechanism of 10+3, which includes offering scholarship to ASEAN students learning in China and founding research centers for ASEAN. He also introduced the experience of Shanghai basic education and teacher education and brought forward suggestions on education cooperation and exchanges during 2015 to 2020.
