SHNU: On May 13th, the Awarding Ceremony of 6th Humin English Encouragement Scholarship was held and attended by SHNU Vice President Liu Xiaomin, CEO of New Channel International Education and Directors from SHNU Foundation, Department of Students’ Affairs and SHNU College of Foreign Languages.
Altogether 33 students of SHNU were awarded, including 3 first prize winners, 10 second prize winners and 20 third prize winners. Hu Min, SHNU alumnus and CEO of New Channel, the sponsor of this scholarship, inspired the winners to work hard for better development of SHNU education. Also, he hoped that students would improve both their Chinese and English proficiency to prepare for their future in this age of globalization.
