SHNU: Sponsored by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of State Council, the Founding Conference of First Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chinese Education (OCAOCE) was held in Guangzhou, China. The SHNU Professor Qi Huyang was appointed as the member of the expert committee.
The committee was composed of 14 Chinese members from prestigious universities in China and 10 overseas members from the U. S., the U. K., Japan, Australia, Brazil and some countries from Southeast Asia. It is one of the top academic institutions of global Chinese education.
Professor Qi received the Letter of Appointment from the Director of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of State Council.
