SHNU: On April 23rd, the famous actor of Monkey King, a popular TV drama in 1980s, made a second visit to SHNU after his first arrive two years ago. Liu Xiao Lin Tong, as what his name is called, delivered a speech themed Wisdom and Philosophy of Monkey King Culture and was employed as guest professor of SHNU. He addressed over 400 teachers and students at the lecture hall and received the certificates from SHNU Vice President Zhang Zhengrong.
He shared some of his life philosophies from the angle of Chinese traditional culture and his own acting experience. He stressed the importance of ends rather than the means. He fascinated the audiences with his effective language and rich facial expressions and won rounds of applause. He even played with his MKB (Monkey King Bar, the golden cudgel or Ruyi Jingubang), which attracted continuous cheers from the audiences.
It is noted that Liu Xiao Lin Tong would still keep on his lectures in SHNU after he becomes the guest professor of the university.
