SHNU Students Awarded at Chinese Language Education Skills Contest

SHNU: On April 23rd, the 2nd Jiangsu, Zhengjiang and Shanghai Region Chinese Language Education Skills Contest was held at Nanjin University in Jiangsu Province of China. It involved about 30 candidates from 15 universities to compete and SHNU master’s degree candidates of international education major Zhang Tiancheng (Indonesian) and Ji Lin received 2nd and 3rd prize at the contest respectively.

 

Sponsored by Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai International Education Professional Master’s Degree Education League, the contest invited judges from 15 universities and falls into two groups, that of Chinese students and that of foreign students. The Chinese group focuses on profound understanding of international Chinese education concepts and flexible use of teaching methods. In contrast, the foreign group features on diversified education patterns and clear teaching manners.

It has become a stage for international education majors to learn from each other to accumulate more precious experience for becoming an outstanding international Chinese language teacher.
