SHNU: On February 6th, the SHNU New Year Celebrations were held for those students remaining on campus during the traditional Chinese Spring Festival. It was attended by Secretary General of Municipal Shanghai Education Commission, SHNU leaders, representatives from different colleges and departments, and students who choose to stay in SHNU to celebrate this special period of China.
The SHNU President Zhu Ziqiang sent his new year’s greetings to the students and wished them a happy Chinese New Year. He presented the students with gifts of loving care on behalf of SHNU.
The overseas students staged performances, which added to the festive atmosphere of Chunjie (Chinese for Spring Festival). The students also sent their good wishes to everyone on the scene.
