SHNU: As part of SHNU Series Seminar Program, Fan Linyuan, General Secretary of Shanghai Arts Workers Federation, held a seminar on Changes and Current Situations of Shanghai Arts Performances. It was also the part of programs of the Pingtan and Jiangnan Society by SHNU Chinese Contemporary Social Research Center.
He reviewed on the reasons that Pingtan has become arts for minorities and he called upon more efforts to protect the Pingtan and reshape its value.
Fan has won many prizes for his excellence in Pingtan arts.
