Academic Seminar of Shanghai City and Marine Civilization Held in SHNU

SHNU: Sponsored by SHNU ICCS (International College of Chinese Studies), the first academic seminar themed Shanghai City and Marine Civilization was held in SHNU on November 21^st. It was attended by experts and scholars from Fudan University, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai International Studies University and others, etc.

 

SHNU Professor and Dean of ICCS Su Zhiliang commenced the opening speech and reviewed the relation between Shanghai and Marine Civilization and brought up a few urgent problems to be broached before he called upon more research on the history of marine civilization.
