SHNU: On November 5th, SHNU General Party Secretary Xi Jinping visited Vietnam. SHNU representative Qi Jiuxiang was also among the visiting team with Xi and was met by General Secretary of Vietnam Nguyễn Phú Trọng. Xi hoped that the young generation of China could serve as qualified inheritors of friendly ties between China and Vietnam.
The visiting team consists of 200 members who will attend the series of Friendly Visit of Bilateral Youths held in Vietnam. SHNU student Qi was among one of the three representatives of Shanghai Region. They were also shown around the Hu Chiming Museum, the mausoleum and FPT University. The young people of the two nations also had friendly exchanges.
