SHNU: Recently, Professor Su Zhiliang from SHNU College of Humanities and Communication won funds of RMB 750,000 (USD119, 000) from China National Social Science for his research project on references of Comfort Women during the war of Resistance Against Japan.
In the past two years, professor Su published more than 30 papers, many of which have been cited by various websites such as Xinhua News, People, Huanqiu, and Contemporary Chinese Research, etc. The cover story of Xinhua Journal (8th of 2014) is just Su’s article: Chinese Comfort Women: Testimonies from Imperial Japan's Sexual Slaves.
